OVERVIEW
Along with our terms of service we aim to make shopping with us as straightforward and pleasurable as possible. Our Shipping policy follows this thought process and we think is pretty clear!
We ship to the UK only, If you wish to place an order from outside of the UK do reach out and we will provide a quick quote and delivery timeline.
Collect from us
If you happen to be competing soon at any of the major equestrian venues in Warwickshire and/or Leicestershire then Emma will try and deliver any orders to you personally. This is a free and pretty unique service and is entirely dependent on diaries and stock availability. But it's a viable option and well worth considering. Why not message us now and ask the question!
Standard Delivery
If all products are in stock we aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours, but please allow 2-3 weeks for any pre-orders. The exception to this is our arrangement with some of our Italian suppliers where you may need to allow 4-8 weeks just in case - it really is worth the wait!
Delivery Updates
In all cases we provide regular updates on order status, and once your order is in the courier delivery system you can track it's progress online.
Delivery Cost
Deliveries over £60 are free and £4 for any orders under £60 for most of the UK mainland, with outlining regions and islands a fixed cost of £6.
